Return and Refund Policy

At Kiwiland Education, we create digital teaching resources designed to be downloaded and used immediately. Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

Digital Product Policy

All of our products are delivered digitally. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are final.

Please ensure you read the product descriptions carefully and review any previews or examples provided before making your purchase.

Exceptions & Support

We are committed to providing high-quality resources and a great customer experience. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at stuart@kiwilandeducation.com so we can help:

• You are unable to access or download your purchased resource.

• You received the wrong file or a corrupted file.

• You have a technical issue that prevents access to the resource.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by:

• Resending the resource directly to your email.

• Offering a corrected or updated version.

• Providing technical guidance.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same account and email address, please contact us with proof of both transactions. We are happy to issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
