Elementary Math Escape Rooms
A math escape room for Grades K to 5 that marks itself. Students move through locked rooms in the browser, and each lock opens only when the math is right: a wrong answer stays locked, so they try again without you. No printing, no logins, nothing to grade. Share one link through Google Classroom or a QR code and it runs on Chromebooks, iPads and laptops.
There are 47 elementary math escape rooms here. Multiplication is the biggest group: multi-digit multiplication escape rooms for Grades 4 to 5, 10x times tables for Grades 2 to 4, and multiplication and division word problems for Grades 3 to 4. Alongside them: counting to 20, addition and subtraction within 20, 100 and 1,000, 3-digit place value, rounding to the nearest 10 and 100, telling time, measuring with a ruler, angles with a protractor, 2D and 3D shapes, fractions on a number line, simplifying fractions, money word problems and elapsed time.
Many come in seasonal versions for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter, Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter and Summer, so the same skill can be reviewed more than once through the year. Teachers use them for math centers, review days, early finishers, sub plans and reward time, and Kiwiland resources hold a 4.84-star rating across more than 10,000 teacher reviews.
